Increase employer wage garnishment notice requirement

To revise details of the timetable and deadline in a law that requires employers to notify employees in advance before deducting from a paycheck any court-ordered wage garnishment to repay a debt owed by the employee. Under the bill employers would have to give at least 10 days advance notice.
