2019 Senate Bill 172: Revise insurance privacy notice detail

To create an exception to a requirement that insurance companies must annually notify customers of their personal information privacy policies, if the company only provides nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party, or if its privacy policies and practices have not changed since the last notice.   Official Text and Analysis.
