Further restrict pseudoephedrine sales

To prohibit a person from buying cold medicine containing more than 7.2 grams of ephedrine or pseudoephedrine within a month (under current law the limit is 9 grams), an prohibit purchases buying more than 61.2 grams within a calendar year.
