Introduced in the House

Introduced by Rep. Matt Maddock (R-44)

To establish that a local government may use any electronic or digital file format to reproduce a construction document submitted to and retained by building officials under building permit and related ordinances. The bill revises a law authorizing and regulating electronic retention of government documents.
