Give tax breaks to “enterprise data center”

To extend the sales tax exemptions granted to “data center” businesses by a <a href="https://www.michiganvotes.org/2015-SB-616">2015 law</a> through 2055 (an additional 20 years), and also expand eligibility to other such firms if they invest $250 million in the state and employ at least 30 residents. This privilege was originally sought by and granted by the legislature to a Nevada company (called "Switch") that occupied the former Steelcase “Pyramid” building in Grand Rapids.
