To appropriate $15 million for grants municipal airports for costs of monitoring and additional testing related to PFAS chemical testing results. This money was in the 2019-20 fiscal year budget approved by the legislature in late September of 2019, but was removed by one of 147 line-item vetoes executed by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, which struck $947 million from proposed spending.
