2019 House Bill 4907: Let teachers unions bargain to stop privatization

To repeal a ban on teachers unions and school districts engaging in collective bargaining over whether to privatize non-instructional school services (busing, food and janitors the most common), and another ban on bargaining over using teacher tenure and assessment criteria different from what is specified in state law.   Official Text and Analysis.
