2019 House Bill 4735: Ban using Freedom Of Information Act requests to locate huntable game

To authorize misdemeanor sanctions for signing and then breaking the pledge proposed by House Bill 4736 for individuals who file open records law requests for state natural resources study and research documents that may indicate where game animals are abundant.
