2019 House Bill 4396: Repeal obsolete highway obstruction law

To repeal a 1927 law establishing that “if any building or other obstruction” is “left in the highway so as to interfere with the travel thereon” the person at fault has two days to move it, with a fine of $5 per day.   Official Text and Analysis.
