2019 House Bill 4326: Ban asking about job applicant’s criminal history

To prohibit prospective employers from asking about a job applicant’s criminal history before and offer of employment is made. Employers could make a conditional offer of employment and then revoke it based on a reasonable assessment of specified factors related to a criminal history.   Official Text and Analysis.
