2019 House Bill 4124: Ease medical examiner limitations in smaller counties

To reduce limitations on who can serve as a “medical examiner investigator” in cases of sudden or suspicious deaths in counties with populations of 50,000 or less. This would allow agents or employees of funeral establishments to serve.   Official Text and Analysis.
