2019 House Bill 4058: Restrict employer questions about arrest records

To revise a law that prohibits an employer from asking a job applicant about misdemeanor arrests and detention that did not result in a conviction. The would delete a provision that excludes felony arrests from the prohibition.   Official Text and Analysis.
