2018 Senate Bill 1245: Give police access to individual drug prescription records

To give law enforcement agencies access to a state drug prescription database that records the drugs that are prescribed to individual Michigan residents. This would enable police monitoring of Schedule 2, 3, 4, and 5 controlled substance prescription activity in real time.   Official Text and Analysis.
