Lengthen, make renewable “short term” health insurance policies

To extend the maximum duration of “short term” health insurance policies that may be sold in this state law from six months to 12 months, and make them “renewable,” which facilitates individuals getting coverage for what otherwise might be considered “preexisting conditions” if the policies are not renewable.
