Revise law that protects new car dealers’ turf

To revise the protectionist new car dealer regulatory regime that restricts automakers from making changes to their dealer contracts and networks that would disadvantage current dealers. The bill revises successorship issues that arise when the owner of one of these protected entities dies. See also House Bill 6498.
