To require pregnancy counseling centers that offer “prenatal sonography, pregnancy tests, or pregnancy options counseling” but don’t do abortions or have a licensed medical provider on staff to post a notice that says, "This facility is not licensed as a health facility…and the services…are not provided or directly supervised by a licensed medical provider.” Failure to post the notice would be subject to a $5,000 fine.
