Mandate disclosures on “nonflushable nonwoven disposable wipe products"

To ban the sale of “nonflushable nonwoven disposable wipe products” that are “marketed for diapering, personal hygiene, or bathroom surface cleaning purposes” unless the packaging includes “do not flush labeling” that is specified in the bill, with violations subject to a $5,000 fine.
