2017 Senate Bill 126: Revise real estate license details

To revise a six-hour annual “continuing education” mandate imposed on real estate salespersons and brokers. The state agency in charge of this would be able to apportion the number of hours required according to how long since an individual’s last license renewal.   Official Text and Analysis.
