2017 House Bill 5140: Give trade schools and employers access to high school student information

To require school districts to give to representatives of proprietary schools, community colleges, universities, a state job training agency and skilled trades employers, access to high school directory information on students, with exceptions if a parent has not signed a form permitting this information to be in a school directory.   Official Text and Analysis.
