Mandate auto insurers cut prices 25 percent

To mandate that auto insurance companies must reduce their premium rates by at least 25 percent if certain insurance reforms to be named later are adopted (probably the ones proposed by House Bills 5101 through 5111 or similar measures). A company would have to justify higher rates to state regulators get permission before using them.
