2017 House Bill 5101

No fault auto insurance reform package

To require physicians who provide the independent disability or other examinations that may be required under state no-fault auto insurance law to be approved by a government board that the bill would create, which would also set fees and prescribe procedures and standards for this. This is part of a package comprised of House Bills 5101 to 5111. See also House Bill 5013.
