Mandate recipient disclosure of federal anti-terrorism grants

To require an individual, business or organization that receives a grant from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for the purpose of “countering violent extremism” to report this to the state, and require state officials to publically post the person or organization’s name and address on a searchable internet database, with the amount of the grant. This is part of a Democratic immigration package.
