2017 House Bill 4609: Revise disaster and emergency contingency fund details

To increase the fund balance “floor” on a state disaster and emergency contingency fund from $1 million to $2.5 million. A 2016 law requires the legislature to appropriate enough each year to keep at least that much in the fund but no more than $10 million.   Official Text and Analysis.
