To require former legislators covered getting a discontinued post-employment health insurance benefit to cover 20 percent of the cost of the premiums and copays. This copay increase was adopted for current school and state retirees in 2012, but not for former lawmakers who still get the benefit. The benefit was repealed for future legislators in 2011.
