2017 House Bill 4131: Take pension from government bad-actors

To take away most of the government pension accrued by a state or local employee convicted of feloniously taking a bribe. Specifically, the individual would lose benefits that accrued from the employer’s contributions to the pension.   Official Text and Analysis.
