Revise victim restitution law details

To make various changes to a law that requires convicted criminals to pay restitution to the victim. The bill would revise details of notifications to victims of their rights under this law, expand victim confidentiality provisions, and require courts to provide separate waiting areas supporters of the victim and defendant, if practical. This is part of a package comprised of Senate Bills 873 to 877.
