2016 House Bill 5533: Revise physician assistant scope of practice restrictions

To revise regulations and restrictions on licensed physician assistants. Under the bill definitions of physician "supervision" and "delegation" of and to these professionals would be replaced by agreements between the parties on what the assistant could and could not do, with the details of the agreements subject to requirements and limitations imposed by state licensure boards.   Official Text and Analysis.
