Extend open records law to legislature

To repeal a Freedom of Information Act provision establishing that a document that is not exempt from disclosure does not become exempt if an agency or department transfers it to the governor’s executive office. This is part of a package comprised of House Bills 5469 to 5478 that would extend the state’s open records law to the legislature, subject to a range of exceptions and exemptions.
