Create government “brain injury services and prevention council”

To create a government “brain injury services and prevention council” comprised of individuals representing various agencies and interests, with the task of developing a “comprehensive statewide plan” and recommending specific expansions of current social welfare programs to “address the needs of individuals” with brain injuries. The new entity would replace an existing entity with a similar mission.
