To appropriate $725,000 to pay off the remaining operating debt of Buena Vista school district in Saginaw County, which was dissolved in 2012 after becoming so fiscally unviable it could no longer educate students. Also, to revise school aid payments to the three school districts that absorbed Buena Vista’s students and facilities.
