To allow a Michigan retailer with a license to sell beer and wine, or an retailer in another state with an equivalent license, to sell and ship wine directly to a consumer in this state. The seller would have to pay the applicable state taxes on the product, and abide by specified age verification procedures in the ordering and delivery process.
