Mandate emergency cell phone user location disclosures

To require cell phone companies to disclose call location information when requested by a law enforcement officer because the information is needed in an emergency situation that involves the risk of death or injury to the cell phone or device user. (Note: "Law enforcement officer" is defined in the bill to include "prosecuting attorneys.") The bill would grant legal immunity to cell phone companies for making the disclosures.
