To amend a law that allows certain disabled individuals who otherwise are not eligible for Medicaid to pay a means-tested fee to get these benefits, so that it conforms with the federal health care law’s Medicaid expansion adopted by the legislature in 2013. The bill would also cap the aggregate premiums collected under this program at $3 million annually. Official Text and Analysis.
