2014 Senate Bill 792: Disclose unfunded liabilities in state budget

To require the official “executive budget’ the governor is constitutionally required to submit to the legislature each year to include an accounting by department of the unfunded liabilities incurred to pay future pension and post- retirement health benefits promised to retired employees (“legacy costs”).   Official Text and Analysis.
