To mandate that hospitals must tell an individual alleged to have been the victim of criminal sexual conduct in the past five days about the provisions of a 2008 law that specifies the procedures the hospital must undertake to qualify for compensation by the state crime victims services commission for sexual assault medical forensic examination costs.
