Restrict product “service agreement” renewals

To prohibit the automatic renewal of consumer goods and service contracts unless the consumer signs an acknowledgement in advance of the automatic renewal provision, and the seller sends a notice of renewal to the buyer’s last known email or mailing address at least 30 days before the effective date of the renewal.
