2013 House Bill 4088: Reduce, revise high school graduation standards

To reduce the state’s high school graduation standards, by allowing a student on a “career and technical education” track to skip Algebra II, a third credit in science, a “visual arts” credit, an online credit, and either a fourth English credit or second foreign language requirement.   Official Text and Analysis.
