2013 House Bill 4064: Authorize all-electronic court records

To allow court papers and records to be filed and kept electronically, and allow courts to charge an extra fee for electronic access to records. The bill replaces a number of statutory record keeping requirements, in some cases specifying instead that these must be in accordance with rules established by the state Supreme Court.   Official Text and Analysis.
