2011 Senate Bill 495: Increase various vehicle registration taxes and more

To increase various vehicle registration taxes as of Oct. 1, 2011, and continue until 2015 the diversion from road project funding of revenue extracted by various driver-license and vehicle registration fees and surtaxes. Instead, this money is being used to pay Secretary of State administrative expenses. Reportedly this involves around $114 million each year.
