To prohibit growing medical marijuana (as authorized under the state’s citizen-initiated <a href=“http://www.michiganvotes.org/2008-il-1”>medical marijuana law</a>) if a local zoning ordinance prohibits it. Because the state’s medical marijuana law was adopted in a popular vote, the measure would require a three-fourths vote.
