Mandate 20 percent school employee health benefit contribution

To require public school employees to contribute at least 20 percent toward the cost of individual health care insurance benefits provided by their employer, and index to inflation growth in the dollar amount of the employer’s contribution. The mandate would only kick in after an existing collective bargaining agreement granting richer benefits expired.
