Ban convicted of corruption public officials from seeking office

To prohibit the state or a local government from hiring a person for a policy-making position or one that has discretionary authority over public assets unless the person signs an affidavit affirming that in the preceding 20 years he ore she has not been convicted of a felony involving dishonesty, deceit, fraud, or a breach of the public trust related to the person's official capacity while holding an elected or appointed local, state, or federal office.
