Eliminate no-fault divorce if there are children

To eliminate no-fault divorce in marriages where there are children. Divorce would only be allowed if the defendant spouse had committed adultery, been convicted of a felony and sentenced to three years or more, deserted the family for two years, habitually uses drugs or alcohol, or committed “extreme cruelty”.
