Lower compulsory school attendance age to 16

To repeal the provision which increases the compulsory school attendance age to 18 that was contained in the <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2009-HB-4787">legislation</a> passed in late 2009 to make the state eligible for federal “race to the top” education grants. The bill would restore the previous age 16 provision.
