2010 House Bill 6271: Revise National Guard Adjutant General pay and benefits

To revise retirement benefits of future Michigan National Guard adjutant generals. Under current law this person gets retirement benefits equal to those of an active Army or Air Force officer of like grade and service. The bill would instead enroll the person in the state employee defined contribution 401(k) retirement system.   Official Text and Analysis.
