Restrict candidate appearance in state funded ads

To prohibit a person who has appeared in a state funded radio or TV commercial from running for office within six months of the broadcast unless the person reimburses the state for the production and dissemination costs of the ad. This would refer to public service or promotional ads, and also printed ads.
