Revise lawmaker pension benefits

To establish a graduated post-retirement health insurance for legislators elected starting in 2008, in which the size of the benefit depends on how many years they were on the government payroll. Under current law, from age 55 former legislators get full health post-retirement health insurance benefits after six years in office.
