2009 House Bill 5086: Authorize more agriculture processing renaissance zones

To allow for the designation of 40 renaissance zones for agricultural processing facilities, rather than 30 as under current law. "Qualified agricultural processors" who locate in a zone are exempt from state and local taxes for up to 15 years.   Official Text and Analysis.
