2008 Senate Bill 1381: Loosen “21st Century Jobs Fund - venture capital program” requirements

To allow “21st Century Jobs Fund” money disbursed under the “venture capital investment program” component of that multi-faceted business subsidy program to go to venture capital funds that subcontract a business development office in the state to another firm.
