Earmark certain school appropriations

To establish as the “intent of the legislature” that up to $1.3 million of the annual school aid appropriation be earmarked to certain school districts (or a district) whose net revenue is reduced by industrial personal property exemptions authorized as part of the new <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2007-HB-4369">Michigan Business Tax</a>.
